The Jobberman Career Fair and Employer Forum is a flagship event run by Jobberman Ghana in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, Agri Impact Limited and Kosmos Innovation Centre.
The event is designed to address the critical need for youth engagement and participation in the agricultural sector of Ghana. Though agriculture is considered a vital pillar of the Ghanaian economy, many wonder how much employment potentials exist within this sector. It is therefore not surprising to find many young people, especially professionals, seeking employment opportunities in other sectors of the economy.
This event seeks to change this narrative by providing a platform for industry stakeholders, employers, and aspiring professionals to engage in meaningful discussions, networking, and skill-building activities. By this, the event also focuses on providing insights into the many decent and fulfilling job opportunities that exist in the agricultural sector.
